Hello Falcons, this is the home of the Cross Country Falcons. Information on practice schedule, meets and coaches will live here.
7th & 8th graders are allowed by UIL to be a part of the Cross Country team. Any interested need to have completed, valid, and current physicals and online UIL forms.
6th graders are allowed to run as part of the Fun Run Club. No physical/ online forms needed for 6th graders. Run Club will begin after cross country season to allow for adequate timing and dedication.

Practice Schedule:
We will practice 3 times per week leading up to a race.
Practices will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Practices are from 4pm- 5:15 pm.
Please bring appropriate running gear for practices.
