Our cheerleading team brings school spirit to life! Students learn teamwork, leadership, and school pride while building skills in cheer, dance, and performance. From energizing the crowd at games to representing our school at events, cheerleaders play a vital role in fostering a positive and spirited school community

My name is Coach King and I attended Texas Lutheran Univeristy for my undergraduate degree and Liberty University for my Masters. I have 5 years' experience coaching competitive Cheer and 3 years coaching Volleyball. This year I will be coaching volleyball and cheer.  I'm very excited to get started and help these students grow and gain some new skills. My goal this year is to teach the girls about sportsmanship and how to grow as a team.

With over 20 years of cheerleading experience, I feel incredibly fortunate to serve as both a dedicated cheer coach and librarian at Lively Middle School. My heart is deeply invested in fostering strong connections among team members and nurturing the confidence of each student. I understand the challenges they face, both on the field and in the classroom, and I strive to be a supportive presence in their academic journeys. Whether I am coaching a team or helping a student find the perfect book, my goal remains the same: to inspire hard work, ignite curiosity, and empower every student to reach their full potential.
