WELCOME TO LIVELY MIDDLE SCHOOL!
If you are a new student to Lively please complete the following form below:
**Lively Universal Choice Sheet 2026-2027**
We want to do our best to match your 1st and 2nd choices for this coming year. However, it might end up where we need to go to your other choices to make your schedule work for the year. As we get closer to the beginning of the school year our current electives do get full and we have to match your choices as best we can.
After you complete the digital choice sheet you will receive an email with your list of classes for your records. Once your schedule is available online through AISD systems please double check for the following:
1. Do you have all four core classes on your schedule: ELAR, Math, Science, History.
Magnet students should have ELAR and the history class with the word: "MAG" in the class description.
Dual Language students should have a Spanish 3A, 3B or AP Spanish class AND your Science should indicate "DL".
2. Do you have one of the following: (6th graders should ALSO have "Functional Fitness or Functional Dance")
a. PE
b. Dance
c. Pre-Athletics (shows as a Boys PE on your schedule. This class is for both boys and girls)
d. Athletics
If you do not have these on your schedule please complete the "Schedule Correction Needs Form 26-27" below.
Elective classes may not be changed at this time of the school year. If you completed a choice sheet you SHOULD have your first or second choice but if the elective class is on your choice sheet at all we will use it for your schedule, if needed.
