Hello Falcons, this is the home of the Cross Country Falcons. Information on practice schedule, meets and coaches will live here.
7th & 8th graders are allowed by UIL to be a part of the Cross Country team. Any interested need to have completed and valid Physicals and online UIL forms.
6th graders are allowed to run as part of the Fun Run Club. No physical/ online forms needed for only 6th graders.

Hello, I'm Cassandra Herrera. I'm starting my 2nd year of coaching. I'm the head Cross Country coach. I ran competitively for four years and still run in my spare time. I'm also the girls basketball coach for the 8th grade B team. I've played basketball competitively over 12 years. I graduated from Houston Tillotson University. I've been in Education for 5 years and enjoy coaching and teaching Dual Language World Cultures. I'm excited for this school year. Let's go Lively Falcons!
